Disperator’s processing of your personal data

When you and your company contact us at Disperator in connection with what we have to offer, we process personal data about you as a contact person and customer.

In this policy, we describe how and why Disperator processes your data, what kind of data about you we processed and what rights you have as a data subject and what responsibility we have.

What personal data do we process about you?

We process personal data about you such as name, email address, telephone number and information about which company you work for and information about your professional role.

The personal data provided by you in connection with the start of the customer relationship for example by filling out our customer form, by telephone or in other ways communicate with Disperator, and after in connection with the quote.

Why do we process your personal data?

Before the customer relationship begins, we process your personal data in your role as contact person, in order to discuss our upcoming business.

Disperator also processes your personal data to reach out with information and marketing that we believe is of interest to you and your company.

If you do not want direct marketing, we will cease it at your request.

If you are a customer of ours, we process your personal data in order to be able to provide the goods/services you order and to otherwise fulfill our commitments to you. This also includes contacts with you regarding purchased goods as well as for invoicing and follow-up.

The legal processing of your personal data that takes place before you are a customer of ours is based on a balance of interests.

In this processing of personal data, we have taken into account in particular that you represent a company that has shown interest in our products/services.

How long is your personal data stored?

The personal data processing that takes place in order to fulfill an agreement with the company you are the contact person for, continues during the “contract period” or until you are replaced by your company as a contact person or signatory. The processing of personal data for this purpose will then cease.

Upon termination of the customer relationship, Disperator processes personal data that appears in our accounting material. This is because, according to accounting rules, we save accounting material up to seven years after the end of the financial year.

This legal obligation means that we must continue to process your personal data for this purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to find out what data we process about you by requesting a Register extract. You also have the right to request rectification of incorrect data, deletion i.e. deletion of personal data that no longer or needs to be processed, restriction i.e. that we in any part cease the processing of your data and the right to have the data we process about you transferred to a structured, generally used electronical readable format to transfer its data to another part.
